29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, was not protected by protective helmets. a) Ground level: Employees were exposed to head injuries while employees were working on the ground and employees on roof and were throwing roofing material to the level ground, on or about 6/5/25 b) 2nd floor balcony entrance roof: An employee was exposed to head injuries while working on a roof below roofing activities that were taking place above. The exposed employee was not wearing head protection, on or about 6/5/25
