29 CFR 1910.151(c):Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: The Laurels of New London, LLC. located at 204 West Main Street in New London, Ohio: On or about May 28, 2025, the employer did not ensure suitable facilities for the flushing of the eyes were provided where employees were exposed to corrosive materials. Employees handling Clean on the Go Acid Bathroom & Shower Cleaner, BNC-15 and Biotransport1 Consume Eco-Lyzer located in janitorial closets were exposed to hazards associated with corrosive liquids such as but not limited to severe skin burns and eye injuries. These products contain chemicals such as urea hydrochloride, hydrogen peroxide, and citric acid.
