29 CFR 1910.217(c)(1)(i): The employer did not provide and insure the usage of "point of operation guards" or properly applied and adjusted point of operation devices on every operation performed on a mechanical power press. On or about May 14, 2025, the employer failed to implement adequate point of operation guards on the mechanical power press when notching and bending metal parts into metal straps exposing employee's fingers and hands to severe injury including potential crushing and amputation hazards.
