OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees exposed to explosion and struck-by hazards: a. At 870 Hull Road, Ormond Beach, Florida, at the ground well pump shed, on or about May 15, 2025, the employer exposed employees to explosion and struck-by hazards while performing maintenance activities on the well water supply hydro-pneumatic tank.
