29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure employees used eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: On or about May 12, 2025, employees were exposed to struck by hazards, while performing roofing work on a residential home located at 17416 Dartmouth Ave, Cleveland Ohio 44111; the employer did not ensure employees working on the roof of a single family home were protected from possible danger of eye injury from impact, or from flying objects from the employees installing roofing material using air driven nail guns. Ohio's Roof Specialist LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1501430, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on January 31, 2022 , with respect to a workplace located at 8648 Ashmede Ct Cir NW, Massillon, OH 44646.
