29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a. Sawmill: On or about May 8, 2025, and at times prior, employees were exposed to the caught in hazards and amputations from the release of hazardous stored energy including , but not limited to, electric, hydraulic, mechanical energy from equipment including, but not limited to; Woodmizer LT 70, Woodmizer LT 40, Morgan saw. Employees were required to perform maintenance activities without machine specific energy control procedures that clearly and specifically outline the scope, purpose, authorization, rules, and techniques to be utilized for the control of hazardous energy.
