29 CFR 1910.22(d)(2): The employer did not ensure that hazardous conditions on walking-working surfaces are corrected or repaired before an employee uses the walking-working surface again. The employer did not ensure that if the correction or repair cannot be made immediately, the hazard is guarded to prevent employees from using the walking-working surface until the hazard is corrected or repaired. (a) At 607 Northwest 27th Avenue, Ocala, FL; On or about April 30, 2025: the employer exposed employees to trip, fall and ejection hazards, in that the walking-working surface in the warehouse was not maintained free of potholes. A pothole in the warehouse area measured 13" long, 26" wide, and 2 1/2" deep.
