29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system a) On or about 04/30/2025, at a residential roofing project located at 6 Clearwater Dr in Amherst NY; employees were installing roofing material on a section of roof with an 4 in 12 pitch and an eave height of approximately 15 feet at the front and rear of the building. Employees were not utilizing fall protection. NO ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
