29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2):The employer shall instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury. On or about April 30, 2025 in Moultonborough, NH. Employees were not trained in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions in order order to eliminate hazards ot exposure to injury. In that an employee was not trained to recognize the hazards associated with the tailgate latches of the triaxle dump truck.
