One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks. a) Comfort Windows Manufacturing Inc., 109 Monarch Drive, Liverpool, NY - Sash Routing Operation. On or about April 29, 2025, an employee was assigned to operate the Sash Router (Green R13) which was not equipped with guarding to protect the worker from point of operation hazards.
