29 CFR 1910.26(d):(d) Measures, such as wheel chocks or sand shoes, are used to prevent the transport vehicle (e.g. a truck, semi-trailer, trailer, or rail car) on which a dockboard is placed, from moving while employees are on the dockboard; and a) On or about April 24, 2025, the employer did not ensure that the transport vehicle and trailer, that had a dockplate installed during unloading operations had measures in place, such as but not limited to, wheel chocks, glad hand locks and/or other means, to prevent movement of the vehicle during the unloading process .
