29 CFR 1910.27(a): The employer did not ensure that scaffolds used in general industry meet the requirements in 29 CFR part 1926, subpart L (Scaffolds). a) On or about April 24, 2025, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee conducting repairs to a overhead door from a forklift, repairs would be conducted at heights twelve (12) feet above ground was not protected from falling, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards. The scaffold (i.e., steel wire mesh pallet on the forks of a forklift) did not meet the requirements of 29 CFR part 1926, subpart L.
