29 CFR 1926.451(c)(1)(ii): Supported scaffolds with a height to base width (including outrigger supports, if used) ratio of more than four to one (4:1) were not restrained from tipping by installing guys, ties, and braces according to the manufacturer's recommendations: a) On April 21, 2025, employees were exposed to fall hazards while working on a tubular welded frame scaffolding exceeding a 4:1 height to base width ratio which was not restrained from tipping by any means. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
