OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards in that employees were exposed to struck-by and crushing hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm: Jobsite located at 1 Applegate Lane Canton, CT 06019: On, or about April 16, 2019 employees were exposed to struck-by and crushing hazards from earth moving equipment in that a work zone had not been established around the Bobcat T770 compact track loader as it removed excess asphalt from the street at the end of a newly installed driveway.
