29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s) On or about April 10, 2025, employees were exposed to a fall hazard and eye injuries on a construction site in Peoria, Illinois, and the employer did not ensure a competent person inspected the job site for unsafe activity and took necessary steps to eliminate or control the hazards. D.T. ROOFING AND CONSTRUCTION, INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD, 1926.20(B)(2), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER: 1502941, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1B, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON February 10, 2021, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 1420 N.
