29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): The point of operation of machines whose operation exposed an employee to injury, was not guarded: a) Pro Fit HVAC LLC, on or about April 1, 2025, at the address of 8246 Lutterbeck-Airport Rd, New Knoxville, OH: Employees tasked with crimping/beading rolled duct work on the Preda bead/crimper machine were exposed to crushing hazards in that the employer did not ensure the point of operation of the of the machine was adequately guarded.
