29 CFR 1910.38(c)(1): The employer failed to develop and implement procedures in their Emergency Action Plan (EAP) for reporting a fire or other emergency. On or about March 28, 2025, on the west side of the jobsite; when employees discovered a small fire in elevator B boot pit, the employer failed to implement their procedures in the EAP, by not notifying the Fire Department.
