On or about March 27, 2025, and times prior to, Sun Auto Tire & Service Inc. utilized body belts as part of personal fall arrest systems when employees worked from order pickers powered industrial trucks in the workplace located at 2075 Corporate Circle in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
