29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a): Exterior Framing - Three employees engaged in residential construction 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by any method of fall protection. The employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet while working on the framing, on or about March 27, 2025. There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item. Milanos Masonry LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1630986 , citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/30/2022 , with respect to a workplace located at 33 Moss Ave. Westfield, NJ 07090.
