29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladders shall be used only for the purpose for which they were designed. On or about March 26, 2025, at 832 Jackson Street in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, employees were exposed to a fall hazard using an extension ladder to access a roof 20 feet above surface level with two employees climbing the ladder at the same time.
