29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: a) Production - On or about March 18, 2025, and days prior to, authorized employees were required to perform servicing and/or maintenance on the Morrill and Moeller ovens, Midwest Mixing mixers, Morrill and Moeller washers, Dayton exhaust fans, and other operating equipment. The employer did not ensure periodic inspections of the energy control procedures were performed at least annually as required by the standard.
