29 CFR 1910.178(q)(1): Any power-operated industrial truck not in safe operating condition was not taken out of service and/or repairs were not made by authorized personnel: (a) Establishment, Warehouse area - On or about March 14, 2025, workers were tasked to operate an Clark forklift model TMG 25 with a leaking hydraulic line. The employer did not ensure the forklift truck was in safe operating condition for the workers to use.
