29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s). a) On or about March 10, 2025, at or about GPS coordinates 34.70018 degrees North, 86.76994 degrees West, on a jobsite in Madison, AL: the employer did not ensure that frequent or regular inspections being made by a competent person to address falls, caught-in or-between, struck-by and electrocution hazards while performing work activities. b) On or about March 10, 2025, at or about GPS coordinates 34.70537 degrees North, 86.76755 degrees West, on a jobsite in Madison, AL; the employer did not ensure that frequent or regular inspections being made by a competent person to address falls, caught-in or-between, struck-by and electrocution hazards while performing work activities. c) On or about March 10, 2025, at or about GPS coordinates 34.71333 degrees North, 86.76804 degrees West, on a jobsite in Madison, AL; the employer did not ensure that frequent or regular inspections being made by a competent person to address falls, caught-in or-between, struck-by and electrocution hazards while performing work activities.
