29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s). a) On or about March 10, 2025, at or about GPS coordinates 34.70018 degrees North, 86.76994 degrees West, on a jobsite in Madison, AL: the employer did not ensure that frequent or regular inspections being made by a competent person to address falls, caught-in or-between, struck-by and electrocution hazards while performing work activities. b) On or about March 10, 2025, at or about GPS coordinates 34.70537 degrees North, 86.76755 degrees West, on a jobsite in Madison, AL; the employer did not ensure that frequent or regular inspections being made by a competent person to address falls, caught-in or-between, struck-by and electrocution hazards while performing work activities. c) On or about March 10, 2025, at or about GPS coordinates 34.71333 degrees North, 86.76804 degrees West, on a jobsite in Madison, AL; the employer did not ensure that frequent or regular inspections being made by a competent person to address falls, caught-in or-between, struck-by and electrocution hazards while performing work activities. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET), and in addition, documentation demonstrating that abatement is complete must be included with your certification. This documentation may include, but is not limited to, evidence of the purchase or repair of the equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement, or other written records.
