29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v): The employer used forklifts to support scaffold platforms without ensuring that the entire platform was attached to the forklift mast: (a)Pro Framing, Inc. at 1215 North Oaks Avenue, Hartford, SD 57033: On or about and at times prior to March 6, 2025, the employer did not ensure that the elevated platform was properly attached to the JLG Skytrak Material Handler, Model Number: 8042 T4P, Serial Number: 0160114174 in that, securement chains or pins were not utilized to secure the basket to the mast. This condition exposed employees to fall and crushing hazards.
