29 CFR 1910.151(c):Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: At 3928 South Oak Street, Wichita KS, on or about February 5, 2025, employees were exposed to corrosive chemicals in that the two eye wash stations in the maintenance area were tagged out for part replacement for approximately 20 days which left employees without access to replacement or temporary stations while continuing to engage in work practices that exposed the employees to caustic chemicals used in the detailing process.
