29 CFR 1910.23(b)(13): The employer did not ensure that no employee carries any object or load that could cause the employee to lose balance and fall while climbing up or down the ladder: On or about March 5, 2025, an employee was exposed to fall hazards up to three feet when climbing a Little Giant Safety Step Ladder, Model 10410BA, while carrying elevator cab roofs and the employer had not ensured employees did not carry loads that could affect balance while climbing a portable ladder.
