29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person (i.e., a person who is capable of identifying exist). (a) 7150 Ambassador Dr. Allentown PA, 18106. Jobsite: On or about March 3,2025, the general contractor did not maintain frequent inspections by a competent person at the jobsite. Multiple roof fall and scaffold hazards were in plain view with subcontractor employees exposed.
