29 CFR 1910.22(c):The employer did not provide, and/or did not ensure each employee uses, a safe means of access and egress to and from walking-working surfaces. a) At the facility 1199 Newbridge Road, North Bellmore NY 11710. On or about February 28th, 2025 the employer did not provide a safe means of access and egress for employees who were using an inoperable door held open by a ladder as a means of access and egress. Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.
