On or around February 25, 2025, on the roof of the ammonia refrigeration engine room, the pressure relief device discharge piping did not comply with Recognized And Generally Accepted Good Engineering Practice (RAGAGEP) when the termination to atmosphere was less than 15 ft above the roof.
