29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt shall be worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. On or about February 27, 2025, at a job site located at 5292 Fulton DR NW, Canton Ohio 44718; during the removal of exterior surface material and installation of framing material on a commercial facility, the employer did not ensure employees using aerial lifts were protected from fall hazards ranging from approximately 6 to 14 feet above the ground by utilizing a fall protection device.
