29 CFR 1926.100(a):Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: Front of house - On or about February 26, 2025, the employer did not ensure his employees working below employees on the roof installing roof plywood sheeting using nail guns were protected from falling materials and/or tools with the use of head protection exposing them struck by hazards.
