29 CFR 1915.56(e):Arc welding and cutting operations were not shielded by noncombustible or flameproof screens to protect employees in the vicinity from the direct rays of the arc: (a) Main Fabrication Area - on or about February 4, 2025 and at times prior thereto, shipyard employees performing welding operations were exposed to direct rays from arc welding in that shields were not being used.
