29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section. On or about February 14, 2025, and at times prior to, within the north side of the slitter production building at the Red Bud Industries Slitting Line Machine, lockout/tagout procedures were not developed when servicing and maintenance operations were required to be performed.
