29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1):Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition(s): Location: 212 US-46 Rockaway, NJ 07866. a: The employer did not take a defective powered industrial truck out of service. Employees were subjected to 24V electrical hazards for operating a Raymond Model 8210 palled jack with exposed electrical wiring. Violation occurred on or about February 13, 2025.
