29 CFR OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that, employees were exposed to the hazard of being crush-by pneumatic presses. a) At 3221 Cherry Palm Drive Tampa, Florida; On or about February 12, 2025: employees were exposed to caught-by and struck-by hazards while operating and working at or near the Reel-O-Matic Coiling machine Model No. 1700 S/N: 4881 without a guard over the foot pedal. b) At 3221 Cherry Palm Drive Tampa, Florida; On or about February 12, 2025: employees were exposed to caught-by and struck-by hazards while operating and working at or near the Reel-O-Matic Coiling machine Model No. 1700A S/N: 4879 without a guard over the foot pedal.
