29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure employees used eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: a. On a residential roof, at a temporary jobsite located at 7260 Tonga Drive in Jacksonville, Florida: On or about February 12, 2025, the employer exposed employees to eye injuries, in that eye protection was not utilized by employees while operating pneumatic nail guns to install roofing materials.
