29 CFR 1910.29(b)(2): Midrails, screens, mesh, intermediate vertical members, solid panels, or equivalent intermediate members were not installed between the walking-working surface and the top edge of the guardrail system when there was not a wall or parapet that was at least 21 inches (53 cm) high: a) On or about February 10, 2025, and at times prior thereto; in the Replenishment department, at palletizer #2 work section, where midrail was not installed between the walking-working surface and the top edge of the guardrail system, exposing employees to falling to the first floor below.
