29 CFR 1910.132(b): Where employees provide their own protective equipment, the employer did not assure its adequacy, including proper maintenance, and sanitation of such equipment: a) 4432 South Frontage Rd, Billings MT 59101: On or about February 11, 2025, and at times prior, employees were exposed to chemical burn hazards from chemicals such as but not limited to Sulfuric Acid (Aluma Bright) while performing vehicle detailing in employee owned equipment (waders).
