29 CFR 1910.134(h)(1): Respirators were not cleaned and disinfected using the procedures in Appendix B-2 of 29 CFR 1910.134 or equivalent procedures recommended by the respirator manufacturer: a) TFA3 inc dba Maaco Auto Body Shop & Painting - 1841 W Lincoln Hwy, Langhorne PA - main work area south side of building: On or about February 4, 2025, regularly used half mask elastomeric respirators were observed on workbenches next to employees and were not properly cleaned as per this section. TFA3 Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.134(h)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1723247, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 10, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 1841 W Lincoln Hwy, Langhorne PA. No abatement certification or documentation required.
