29 CFR 1926.760(d)(1): Personal fall arrest system components did not conform to the criteria in 1926.502 (Appendix G to this subpart): a) 4144 Linglestown Road, Harrisburg, PA, Worksite, Roof - on or about February 4, 2025, employees performing metal roofing installation, approximately 16 feet above grade, were utilizing a combination of shock absorbing lanyards and vertical life lines which created a potential free fall in excess of six feet in the event of a fall. b) 4144 Linglestown Road, Harrisburg, PA, Worksite, Roof - on or about February 4, 2025, employees performing metal roofing installation, approximately 16 feet above grade, were utilizing a personal fall arrest harness with significant wear that had not been removed from service due to the employee failing to perform a daily inspection on the personal fall arrest system components.
