29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a- COAH Building #3, Manalapan NJ: Workers and the company worksite Foreman were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 30 feet when loading a worksite crane with excess roofing materials and equipment, and conducting other related activities, from steep pitched roofs (approximately 6:12 & 10:12) while wearing full body harnesses that were not connected to anchors with lanyards or other approved means. Condition noted on or about 02/05/25.
