29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s). (a) On or about January 31, 2025, the employer had not ensured that frequent jobsite inspections were conducted by a competent person(s) to identify and correct common safety hazards that employees were exposed to. Hazards identified during the inspection included but not limited to, fall protection not being utilized while working at heights and safety glasses not required when using pneumatic nail guns.
