29 CFR 1910.22(c): Access and egress. The employer must provide, and ensure each employee uses, a safe means of access and egress to and from walking-working surfaces. On or about January 30, 2025, at an establishment located at N485 Milky Way in Appleton, Wisconsin, in the service pit on the west side of the detailing and lube area; employees utilizing a metal step stool on top of bricks to access and egress the south service platform were exposed to trip and fall hazards of approximately 25 inches
