29 CFR 1904.39(a)(1): The employer did not report within 8-hours the death of an employee resulting from a work-related incident: a) On or about 01/24/2025; where an employee died of natural causes (Cardiopulmonary Failure) after reporting to work and beginning the work day. The employer did not notify OSHA of the death. OSHA became aware of this fatality through a phone call from the General Contractor on 01/27/2025. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
