29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s). (a) On or about January 29, 2025, the employer had not ensured frequent and regular inspections of the job site were conducted by a competent person to ensure hazardous conditions were found and corrected. Hazards identified included but were not limited to: Fall protection not being worn, employees not wearing eye protection while using pneumatic tools.
