29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) M21, Marion Line Case Stacker, Seneca Foods Corporation, 100 Gambee Road, Geneva, NY, 14456, on or about 1/17/2025; A production manager directed a maintenance employee to replace rollers on the transfer plates on the Marion Line Case Stacker without utilizing the energy control procedure, the electrical energy was not isolated while the employee performed the repair.
