Olathe, Kansas, employees engaged in automotive body and repair activities, charging power tool batteries, were exposed to fire hazards. Several relocatable power taps at the parts department and paint preparation areas of the facility were connected to extension cords, not in accordance with instructions in the listing or labeling.
