At the worksite, located at 6245 Frandor Pl Apollo Beach, FL 33572; On or about 1/22/25, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 9 ft & 14 ft, in that, fall protection was not provide for employees conducting roofing operations on a single family residential home.
