29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Openings through which conductors entered cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: (a) 156 West Harrisburg Ave, Elizabethtown, PA; Packaging/Production Room - On or about January 14, 2025, the cutout where the electrical cable from the MCC entered the transformer was exposed. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
