29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i):Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) Fulton County Health Center on or about January 08, 2025, at the address of 725 S. Shoop Ave. Wauseon, OH: Employees performing service and maintenance task(s) on exhaust fan #14 in the "E.S. Supply Room" were exposed to caught in hazards in that the employer did not develop, document, or utilize procedures to verify and control the hazardous energy created by the moving components of the motor's drive belt and pulley.
